Ask Yourself:
It might be time to build resiliency! Why?
Life is full of challenges. Care providers, from those who care for their aging parents to those who work long hours in hospitals caring for patients, and through a range of people who serve the needs of others. These are the individuals who rely on inner strengths to face the challenges of caring for others. When that inner strength – the fuel to care for others – runs low, it often signals that we need to fill ourselves with resiliency.
Resilience requires self awareness, mindfulness, self care, positive relationships, and purpose. When we work on these individual needs, we are able to give to others tenfold.
